Enable/Disable Registry Editing tools

Have you get this error when you trying to edit your registry editor?

There are many reasons why your registry system has disable. Here is the some tips to enable your registry editor again.

first copy code above, and save in notepad and rename it to name.vbs

Double click the VBS file to enable and double click again to disable.
